CELL-DETECTOR is a device used to detect the presence of mobile phones within an operating range of approximately 100 meters. The device detects not only mobile phones in use (i.e. those engaged in a conversation or data transfer), but also those active in stand-by mode.

Thanks to our detection system, you will make sure that mobile phones are actually switched-off when necessary (e.g. competitions, tests, in churches, concerts, conferences etc.). In this way you can avoid not only unpleasant surprises, but also wasting time inviting bystanders to turn off their mobile phones or, even worse, to interrupt a conversation to do that.

Its usage is very simple: it takes just a few minutes to set up the various operation parameters and put it to work, configuring the sensitivity level according to your needs, as well as type and volume of the alert that will be sent to the user of an “unlawful” handset. Once it is started, its batteries allow for a working life of over one year, and all this in a discreet and easy way, 100% legal no matter what country you are in.

Device operation

Once turned on the device is set to detect radio signals emitted by mobile phones within its action range. The system is also able to detect mobile phones engaged in a phone call or data transfer (e.g. when they are on standby), perhaps contained in a bag or pocket, and that the owner may have forgotten to turn off.

When the CELL-DETECTOR detects a mobile phone signal, it can warn the user in three different ways:

- In silent mode: the device emits only a flashing red light, to avoid creating any disturbance for the people around.

- By sound alarm.

- With a voice message that will be played every time a switched-on mobile phone is detected.

It is possible to use these three types of alarm in a combined way, keeping your environment protected from cell phone interference thus ensuring privacy and respect for silence in various situations and places such as: hospitals, theaters, cinemas, churches, schools, laboratories, industrial plants, courts, embassies, universities, military installations, during private or commercial meetings, political debates etc.
